YYQW Industrial Fire Tube Three Coil Pipe Gas Thermal Oil Boiler Heater
Thermal oil boiler also called thermal oil heater, thermal fluid heater, hot oil boiler, heat transfer oil boiler, is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics.
YY (Q) W series of organic heat carrier boiler is quick-fitting forced circulation fuel oil (gas) boiler, this series boiler's is compact structure, the heating area is constituted by closed coil pipes from inside, outside (or internal and external), inside coil pipes are the radiation heating surface. Fuel in inside the inner coil pipe form the combustion chamber, the fuel burn inside and release heat and absorb most of the quantity of heat after radiation heating, high temperature flue gas transfer heat through convection heating surface, then go into the air preheater (or waste heat boiler) to heat the required air (or water), the low temperature flue gas from boiler discharge directly to the chimney then to the atmosphere.

Gas Thermal Oil Boiler Heater Unique Design Features:
1. Three pass coil pipes design, thermal oil goes through the coil pipes and fire in the furnace, which makes the boiler has big radiation heating area, highly improves the boiler efficiency and preventing deformation of boiler shell in high temperature heating.
2. Unique heating surface of the back of boiler--smoke turning around room is wet back design (smoke turning around room is surrounded with oil), which avoids dry heating of tube sheets and reduce heat loss.
3. Energy saving device design, air pre-heater or waste heater boiler or economizer is designed at the end of the boiler, which makes the exhaust temperature low and improves 10% of boiler efficiency.
4. Outputting oil tank external design, slow down the rate of carbonization of fat and avoid accidents.
5. Dislocation double sealing slot design,secondary leakage prevention, which seals very tight and avoid leakage.
6. The boiler is equipped with world famous brand burners and valves groups such as Baltur, Riello, Weishaupt, Oilon etc. , 80% configuration, making the combustion more sufficient with lower failure rate.
